We have tested loads of designs to develop optimal turbine dimensions for the engines we use. Our choice, Briggs & Stratton brand engines are built to last and outperform the measly no-name engines seen on many others. Our vacuum construction is built with Hardox wear resistant steels for superb durability.
We produce powerful leaf vacuum units with turbines fitted to 13 to 18 hp engines.

Foresteel vacuum units are equipped with shredder blades, which chop and shred the leaves up reducing their volume. That way we have increased work time efficiency upto 10 times.

For each of those leaf vacuum units, we have developed complete leaf trailer solutions.
We produce Foresteel trailer series in which we offer suitable models for the whole compact machinery range, starting from lawn tractor trailers to models for ATVs-UTVs, compact loaders, utility vehicles and compact tractors.
For leaf trailer configuration the single axle trailers FT-600, FT-1600 and FT-2200 are available, the FT-600 & FT-1600 being rear tippers and the FT-2200 an 3-side tipping trailer.
For each of those leaf vacuum units, we have developed complete leaf trailer solutions.

A local golf center uses JD Gators for everyday management tasks. Sports turf management is a delicate job that needs precision and right equipment. They had been looking for a suitable trailer for quite some time and knew they needed something light and delicate on turf (after all, they spend most of the time caring for it and can't afford any damages). Still, it had to be able to manage an reasonable load for soil, sand, tools and equipment transport. They had looked at a few options for leaf cleanup but most were bulky, heavy and potentially damaging for the delicate job at hand.
They were positively surprised when a local Foresteel dealer contacted them and offered a demo. We supplied an demo unit which was a FT-1600 trailer, with MIDvac leaf vacuum, Underframe Suction Unit and Electro hydraulic tipping option.
During the demo it came apparent, that they had had a problem also with pine needles cleanup for quite some time and been looking for solutions. After seeing the FT-1600 with Underframe do it's job, they were surprised. It did the job, was light, mobile, easily usable and adjustable and suited their Gator perfectly. Important factor they pointed out later was the hydraulic options as Gator does not have an output. They chose Electro hydraulic tipping for comfort. To optimize and use budget efficiently, they first invested in the trailer, half a year later added PROvac to use at spring works and plan to add Underframe suction unit before autumn.
They were concerned that Underframe Suction unit's narrow wheels might damage the turf on hard turns. We took it up and designed an Golf-option for them with extra wide anti-scalp wheels to eliminate the damage possibilities.
